Our Patients Say it Best

“I was introduced to my counselor, Theodore, and ever since then my life has been incredible. I am now 2 years and 4 days with no relapses, I’m 2 semesters away from getting my associates degree, and I just got a job at a behavioral health service. I really believe in this program, and I am grateful to be here today.”

Services We Offer

We take a holistic approach to treating our patients with the singular aim of helping them heal. We specialize in providing outpatient medication-assisted treatment (MAT), combined with counseling and community-based services.

MEDICATION ASSISTED TREATMENT

Our medical providers will help you choose between 3 FDA-approved medications to treat your opioid dependency. The goal is to find the lowest possible dose of medication that will relieve withdrawal symptoms and cravings for a 24-hour period, allowing you to focus on recovery and live a healthy life.

COUNSELING

We provide both individual and group counseling services to our patients. Counselors help clients develop healthy coping strategies, individualized to their needs. Together, patients and counselors work on problem solving skills to address substance use.

OUTREACH

We are proud to serve our communities through outreach, education, and community collaboration. We are dedicated to being a positive force and bringing innovative approaches to the communities we serve.
Peer Support: You are not alone. Speak with people who have been in your shoes.
Pregnancy Support: If you are pregnant and struggling with opioid use, we are here to discuss a healthy way forward for you and your baby.
Correctional Health Support: We partner with correctional health systems throughout the country to provide access to care and support to individuals as they navigate the criminal justice system.

MISSION

Our mission is to help those who are suffering from substance use disorders. We consider these people our patients, and our singular aim is to help them heal. We’re proud that our clinics provide our patients an environment that is free of judgment and condescension, and we’re steadfast in treating everyone with the utmost dignity and respect.

Our Philosophy

EVIDENCE BASED PRACTICES

Research shows that medication assisted treatment (or MAT) is the gold standard for treating opioid use disorder.
CMS offers FDA-approved medications including methadone, buprenorphine (Suboxone®/Subutex®/Sublocade™), and naltrexone (Vivitrol®), combined with counseling, in a judgment-free, compassionate environment.

PATIENT CENTERED CARE

We provide individualized treatment plans, tailored to your specific needs. Our providers will work with you to determine the best medication and counseling services for you.
We also offer a variety of alternative therapies at select locations – check with your local clinic to find out what is available!
