What's Offered at the Care Fair
Too often, individuals suffering from opioid use disorder (OUD) and other life-altering challenges are met with stigma, red tape, and limited access to help. CMS believes healing should start with compassion and access not only to treatment, but to basic resources too often taken for granted—and that starts in the heart of the community.
Attendees can access an array of essential, no-cost resources*, including:
- Haircuts
- Vaccinations
- Pet food and pet care
- Free meals and food access resources
- Showers
- Legal support, bail resources, and reentry assistance for individuals leaving incarceration
- On-site connections to OUD treatment and recovery resources
