Community Medical Services is excited to announce the opening of our Recovery Wellness Center on Cactus (RWCC). Inside, we’ve opened a new Fitness Center with cardio and weightlifting equipment as well as group classes.

In partnership with the Barbell Saves Project, group fitness classes are free, community-based and designed specifically for individuals in recovery from a substance use disorder.

The Fitness Center brings you a positive, judgement-free environment for connecting with others and supporting each other on the path to long-term sobriety. Classes are led by coaches who have been there too. They not only guide you to achieve your fitness goals, but also encourage emotional support within the group.

Come join us! In addition to getting in a great workout, classes will focus on positive nutrition changes to keep you feeling great.
