In Wisconsin, Community Medical Services is helping individuals, families, providers, and community partners respond to substance use disorders with care that is accessible, evidence-based, and rooted in dignity.
The 2025 Wisconsin Patient Outcomes Report highlights the impact of outpatient Medications for Opioid Use Disorder treatment, counseling, peer support, harm reduction, and community partnerships across the state. In 2025, CMS served 2,534 patients from 14 counties across the state of Wisconsin.

The longer patients remain connected to care, the more Wisconsin outcomes data showed meaningful improvement in key social determinants of health. From admission to one year or more in treatment, Wisconsin patients reported meaningful reductions in unemployment, unstable housing, low income, and anxiety.
