Treatments Available at the CMS Mobile Clinic

Community Medical Services specializes in treating individuals with opioid addiction disorders, including heroin and fentanyl. We offer a combination of medication-assisted treatments, counseling services, and peer-to-peer support to help patients work toward overcoming their addictions.

The CMS mobile clinic offers FDA-approved medications which assist in stabilizing the body’s brain chemistry and allowing the individual to focus on their recovery journey. These medications include Methadone, Sublocade®, and Naltrexone (Vivitrol®) in a judgment-free environment. We also offer counseling and peer support services at our mobile clinic.

Treatments Methods

If you or a loved one is struggling with opioid use disorder (OUD), medication-assisted treatment (MAT) can help on the journey to recovery. Medication-assisted treatment ensures patients are comfortable and able to focus on other aspects of their recovery.

Methadone

Methadone is a long-lasting, affordable medication that alleviates withdrawal symptoms and prevents cravings.

Suboxone®

Suboxone® combines buprenorphine and naloxone to reduce withdrawal symptoms while protecting against misuse.

Buprenorphine

Buprenorphine acts as a partial agonist, activating some opioid receptors in the brain to alleviate withdrawal symptoms and cravings.

Naltrexone

Naltrexone is a monthly injectable medication that blocks all effects of illicit opioids, helping patients stay in treatment.

Brixadi

Brixadi is a trusted, FDA-approved medication that can provide immediate relief from withdrawal symptoms and help you stay on track.

Counseling

We provide both individual and group counseling services to our patients. Counselors help clients develop healthy coping strategies, individualized to their needs.
