Community Medical Services is excited to announce the addition of Women’s Health Services provided by a Board Certified physician of Obstetrics and Gynecology to both pregnant and non-pregnant patients.
Obstetrical services available include pregnancy testing, pregnancy screening, monitoring, and management, collaboration with area hospitals for labor and delivery, fetal monitoring and ultrasound screening, medication assisted treatment for opiate use disorder during pregnancy, and postpartum care. Comprehensive OB care available off-site include delivery, surgery, and management of medical complications.
Gynecological services offered to our patients include well woman exams, contraceptive education and prescribing, pap smears, mammogram referrals, and STD (sexually transmitted disease) testing.
Community Medical Services also collaborates with local residential treatment facilities to afford both our pregnant and non-pregnant patients the option of receiving medication assisted treatment while at an inpatient facility. Please contact one of our area treatment centers if you or a female family member, pregnant or non-pregnant, who is interested in substance use disorder treatment services for opiate use disorder.
