The information we collect includes: your Internet Service Provider, where you access the Services, when you access the Services, and how you use the Services. This information helps us operate the Services, protect the Services, and improve the Users’ experiences.

Cookies: Cookies are small pieces of data stored on your computer’s hard drive. We use cookies to help you use the Services and save your passwords and preferences. Most browsers are set up to accept cookies, but you can change your settings if you don’t want to receive them. Some features of websites may not work properly if you don’t accept cookies.

Information You Submit: User Information is information that could personally identify you like your name, address, social security number, or credit card information. User Information is needed when you want to do certain things like submit a job application, send electronic communications, or make an online appointment. You always provide User information voluntarily. We use this information to process your requests, communicate with you, and protect our rights.
